What is Ghetro??

So after much hard thought, it is about time that i define what Ghetro actually is.

Ghetro for me is a way of living, a life style a swagger. The literal definition originating from the cross between ‘ghetto’ and ‘retro’ style; the meaning has developed to that being something of mixing old with new. An experimentation with different genres of fashion, different styles and combining them in order to create something original. 80's retro being the highlight of this style with items such as high top trainers, Rope chains and colourful bold prints. Its all about being Funky!

The British Street Dance world has adopted this style and made it their own, bringing a stylish yet comfortable way of dressing. 

This style has been around for some time yet there is no actual name for it. Therefore we came up with this name ‘ghetro’ as a way of branding the style and the swagger in which an individual has. 

So the question is are you Ghetro?
